The client pays the 1st VPA Preliminary Review Fee as normal (typically 900USD). Basically, when you pay $900 you then get POA and 1 VPA listed for that fee.

VVBs pay an application review fee (valid for 36 months), a renewal fee every 36 months, an annual accreditation fee (for up to 5 auditors), plus additional fees to add extra auditors and training. Fees can be found here.
