The following Fee Schedule goes into effect on 15 June 2024 for all Gold Standard for the Global Goals Projects by SustainCERT.
Dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility, SustainCERT (SC) ensures meticulous and comprehensive reviews for projects seeking certification.
Through a structured procedure, SustainCERT addresses instances where additional review rounds are necessary beyond the initially allocated rounds provided in the publishment. As a GS certification body, we aim to complete all reviews within three rounds, if more are needed, SC will levy a charge of $500 USD flat rate for each subsequent round.
This procedure applies to all projects undergoing review by SustainCERT and delineates the steps involved in requesting, processing, and allocating additional review rounds.
Additional review round charge:
- $500 USD flat fee in all subsequent rounds after the normal three review rounds.
- For VPA bundles, the specialist will assess the charge to be per VPA or per VPA bundle.
- The additional rounds are non-negotiable.
Procedure:
- Additional review rounds allocation: If additional actions or information are needed to finalize the review, this will be indicated in the feedback form. Once the responses are uploaded, a new review round will begin.
- Invoice Generation: The accounting team generates the invoice for the additional round charges.
- Invoice Payment Confirmation: Once payment is made, the accounting team notifies the Customer Support team via email, of the invoice's settlement. Proof of payment is required to proceed to allocating additional review rounds.
- Allocation of Additional Review Rounds: Upon confirmation of payment, the Customer Support team allocates the additional subsequent rounds required for review.
