We’re pleased to hear you’re interested in working together with SustainCERT! This page is here to inform you of how the process works, and how to ensure a successful collaboration as we work together towards the environmental goals of your project.
Once you have decided to work with us, you’ll receive an invoice for the services previously discussed. Don’t worry if this still shows as unpaid after sending payment – it will be processed by our finance team as quickly as possible.
While this is going on, you’ll need to upload the relevant documentation for your project.
After this has been completed, it’s over to us! We will perform a Completeness Check, this will ensure you’ve provided everything we need for us to get to work. If anything is missing, we’ll let you know exactly what we need.
Once we’re ensured everything is ready to go and our internal team has the capacity to take on the project, we’ll send over the Carbon Price Floor (CPF) and get you to enter more details about the project, and any potential conflicts of interest (COI) that could emerge during the project.
The next step will be for us to select the ideal team for your project! The members of a team can vary depending on the complexity of the project, but you can count on there being a technical expert, team leader, and validator. After this, we’ll send over the Master Service Agreement – which is the final step before we get to work on your project!
Once this agreement has been signed, we’ll confirm the start date for our work! We’ll ensure that we get started at the nearest possible free date. At that point, all you’ll have to do is sit back and wait for our in-depth findings on your project.
We would be thrilled to work with you – so let’s get started!
