Uploading your documents for review

We hope that everything goes smoothly when uploading your documents, and in most cases it does!

If you do encounter a problem, there are two issues which have been encountered more frequently. Fortunately, both of them are easy to resolve!

Firstly, ensure that the file name of the document(s) you are trying to upload do not contain any of the following special characters - &%$+!@#*().

If they do, rename the document without using any of these special characters and try again. Everything should work smoothly this time!

If this isn't the issue, you may see the following error message "SDG Impacts, Crediting Period Start Date and Crediting Period End Date can't be blank"

Should you see this message, it means that some important details are missing from your project that are required before we can continue. 

To resolve the issue and move on, contact our team on help@sustain-cert.com with the following details:

  Project Name, 

  GSID, 

  SDG Values, 

  Crediting period Start Date 

  and Crediting period End Date


Once we have received them, we'll update your project and you'll be able to go ahead and upload your documents!
