Not able to upload documents for reviews. How can I upload documents?

When you are uploading documents, make sure the file name doesn't contain any special characters such as &%$+!@#*().

While you try to upload a document where the name contains any of the above special characters, an error such as below is displayed.

Rename the document and upload the document again.
