I have paid for the invoice but the proper status is not reflected in Platform. Will this impact my review progress?

Normally it takes 3-5 days for the invoice payment to reflect in our Accounting System.
So please wait for 3-5 days after making payment and the status will be updated on the Platform.

In case the payment status has not been updated on the Platform after 5 days, please contact help@sustain-cert.com
Please attach a proof of payment (scan copy or screenshot) in the mail to avoid any delay in the process.

The Certification and Finance team will contact you to resolve the issue together.
