How to resolve error while uploading documents

How to resolve error while uploading documents


While uploading the documents, you may come across an error/warning which will not allow you to upload the documents.

This error appears due to a business control point which is applied in Project record.

Some of the fields in the project must be stored with values. These fields can’t be blank.


Error: "SDG Impacts, Crediting Period Start Date and Crediting Period End Date can't be blank"


Why this error

The error is appearing since the project doesn't have complete details available on the application. 

So this validation rule stops the document uploading process and displays the above error.


HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ERROR NOW

Contact SustainCERT team by sending a mail at help@sustain-cert.com with below details

  Project Name, 

  GSID, 

  SDG Values, 

  Crediting period Start Date 

  and Crediting period End Date


We will update the project with these details and you can upload the documents.
