Considering the below situations:

a. When a wrong document has been uploaded by mistake.

b.  An updated version of the document needs to be uploaded.

The solution to the above problems is to overwrite the existing uploaded document with a new one.

You can overwrite the documents for the review until the review initiation date only. After the review initiation date, you won’t be able to overwrite any document. 

For example, the review initiation date is 12th Nov 2019, so you can overwrite any document before 12^th Nov 2019. After the review has been initiated, you can't overwrite any document. However, you can still upload new documents.
