Can the Coordinating and Managing Entity (CME) transfer while a project is in development?
Yes.
To transfer the project we need signature of both parties on the Cover letter (found under the ‘Templates’ section of the Standard Documents), including company seal. Along with this, please provide a letter on company letterhead stating the transfer of project from Account "A" to Account "B" signed by both parties.
